Depression
Depression
can be thought of as feeling overwhelmed by what has happened in
the past. Similarly, anxiety can be thought of as feeling
overwhelmed by what may happen in the future. When people learn to effectively interpret their experiences, they are able
to create a more comfortable and satisfying life in the present.
Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy is effective in helping people to recognize
how they interpret experiences and shift their
interpretations. By shifting your interpretation of
events, your life and your issues become manageable and
enjoyable instead of overwhelming.
At times,
childhood trauma significantly impacts our interpretation of
events and creates a roadblock to healing from depression and/or
anxiety. Post Induction Therapy is effective in helping
people to identify, address, and release childhood trauma,
opening the path to a comfortable and satisfying life.
